Managed AI For MSPs And Internal IT Teams.
Adopt AI Without Losing Control.
Raymond AI helps MSPs and internal IT teams decide where AI belongs, implement it safely, and govern it responsibly. We start by asking why a process exists before automating it, then combine human judgment with AI-staffed execution to deliver measurable improvement.

Managed AI For Modern IT Operations.
Raymond AI is a specialized managed service for MSPs and internal IT teams that want practical AI without unmanaged risk. We identify the right opportunities, build the right integrations, put governance around them, and keep improving after launch.
AI Readiness And Workflow Assessment
We map how work actually moves, identify unnecessary steps, assess data and security constraints, and determine where AI can create measurable value. We do not automate a process until we understand why it exists.
AI Implementation And Integration
We turn approved use cases into working AI coworkers, automations, and governed integrations connected to the systems your team already uses. Deployments are scoped, least-privilege, and designed around human approval.
AI Governance And Regulatory Readiness
We help establish policies, roles, approval boundaries, data-handling controls, audit evidence, and review practices that support responsible AI use and regulatory readiness. Legal and industry-specific compliance decisions remain with qualified counsel and your organization.
Managed AI Operations And Improvement
After launch, we monitor outcomes, review failures, refine workflows, control change, and measure whether the system is delivering the intended result. AI adoption becomes an operating discipline, not a one-time tool purchase.

How Raymond Handles Your Data
These items describe how Raymond is built and how it operates today. Data paths depend on which features and providers are enabled. Conversation content, audio, transcripts, provider logs, and application records can have different storage behavior and retention depending on the features your organization has configured.
- Explicit permissions required
- Every capability Raymond exercises through a governed integration requires explicit authorization from your organization. Nothing is enabled by default. Access to organizational knowledge, PSA data, and RMM actions must each be individually configured and permitted.
- Human approval before any action
- No integration action is taken without a technician initiating it. Raymond does not act autonomously on your systems. Every action through a governed integration is initiated by a person on your team.
- Least-privilege access
- Raymond requests only the permissions required for the specific action — nothing broader. Credentials and integration secrets are handled server-side and are not included in client-side code or responses.
- Organizational isolation
- Each session is bound to a single organizational context. Raymond does not mix knowledge sources across organizations. Your organization's authorized knowledge is not made available to sessions belonging to other organizations.
- Session-scoped capabilities
- Session capabilities are cryptographically signed, time-bounded, and tied to a specific purpose and audience. A capability issued for one session cannot be replayed in another. Application-level session records — including start time, end time, and billing — are retained. Storage behavior for conversation content, audio, and transcripts depends on which features and providers are enabled.
- Audit evidence and rollback
- Every action Raymond takes through a governed integration produces an audit record: what was requested, who authorized it, and what the outcome was. If a process change produces unexpected results, your team has the evidence to understand what happened and the controls to roll back.
Start With The Right AI Problem
Bring us a workflow, recurring bottleneck, or AI idea. We will start by asking why, then help determine what should be improved, governed, implemented, or left alone.
